Pomander Ball

Another DIY project I love and that actually turned out. Here is how I made my pomander balls.

 Supplies:
White foam balls (I chose 3 different sizes)
A few hundred pearl tipped pins
Two different colors of paper
Martha Stuarts hydrangea punch

You’ll need to punch about 200 of the hydrangea petal shapes, which will take around a sheet and a half of 12×12 scrapbook paper.

Stack two of the flower petals and turn them a bit so it looks like a full flower. Stick a corsage pin straight through the center of your petals. Push the end of the pin into the Styrofoam ball.

Make sure your flowers are close enough that the petals cover the Styrofoam. Repeat until your ball is covered.

Find a place to put them! I made mine two separate colours and then combined the two of them which I think made a great look.
